Hors D’oeuvres catered by Nick’s Cowboy Catering. \nTicket Information: \nIf you purchase an In-Person Ticket\, get ready for an elegant evening of wine\, mead\, and other beverages. You will have the opportunity to participate in the exciting silent auction on-site. Non-alcoholic beverages\, as well as non-alcoholic wines will be available. Each ticket holder will receive a commemorative wine glass. Purchase tickets at: https://hospiceoflaramie.networkforgood.com/events/79338-hospice-of-laramie-wine-gala-2025 \nAttire: Wyoming Business or break out your best red-carpet look! \nUnable to attend in-person? Enjoy from home by purchasing an At-Home Ticket (must be purchased in advance) – You will stop by the Hospice House at 1754 Centennial Dr\, Laramie WY\, 82070 between 11:30am and 7:00pm on Friday 1/24/25 to pick up your goodies! If these times don’t work for you\, please call or text Maegan at (307) 399-6474 and we will make other arrangements! Your package includes a commemorative wine glass\, a grazing box from the Grazing Cowboy and wine. You’ll also have the option to participate in the silent auction online during the live event. \nVIP Tickets: You will receive early entry to the event (5:15 pm)\, a VIP swag bag\, and a special commemorative wine glass to show thanks for your committed support. VIP entry requires a commitment of $35 monthly donation for the coming year. \nWhat to expect at the Event: \nEvent Night Payments: Cashless payments are preferred for the silent auction and will also be accepted for the wine pull & other donations. Don’t forget your credit/debit card and smartphone so you don’t miss out on any of the fun! Cash/Check payments can be used for wine pull\, games\, and the cash bar. Talk to event volunteers if you need assistance or have questions about payments. \nSilent and Live Auction Bidding: Lots of great items and packages donated by local partner businesses and Laramie community members will be available through the silent auction starting at 6 p.m. All silent auction bidding will take place digitally through the app. Live auction will\, unfortunately\, not be available to our at-home ticket holders. Make sure to bring your phone to the event and get set up to bid on your favorite items! Need help or don’t have a smart phone? Event volunteers will be happy to assist! \nWine Pull: Don’t miss our exciting wine pull! For just $25 you will draw a number\, letting you take home a mystery bottle of wine at the end of the evening. There are some very fancy wines as well as some classics. These wines were all generously donated by local individuals and businesses! \nOther Activities: The night will also include fun and interactive games to raise money for Hospice of Laramie patients. You aren’t going to want to miss out! \nCash Bar (Donation-Based): In addition to the wine & mead\, a limited amount of other beer and spirits will be available at our cash bar. \nYour participation at the Gala not only gives you the opportunity to win fantastic auction items but also supports our vital mission of compassionate care for those preparing for and at the end of life.
