DESCRIPTION:Walk with a Doc is a national organization focused on encouraging healthy physical activity while reversing the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle.  It is coordinated locally in Laramie by Ivinson Memorial Hospital \n\n\n\n\nwhat to expect\nAt each meet-up simply come in and we’ll get you signed-in. Next we’ll hear from a local healthcare provider about a health-related topic\, and then it’s on to walking! (Don’t worry — we’ll do some quick stretches first!) \n\n\n\n\ntime + location\n\n1st and 3rd Sunday of each month\n1:30 PM — 2:30 PM\nUniversity of Wyoming Field House (October-April) + Washington Park (May-September)\nFree to everyone

DESCRIPTION:From the organizers:\n4:30 pm Sundays @ First Baptist Church\nEveryone is welcome to come and enjoy a hot meal Sunday evenings along with great company.  While regular meal offerings are closed on the weekends we are happy to step in and offer a free meal gathering. \nOur meal is provided by the Laramie Soup Kitchen\, Laramie Interfaith and Eppson Center being closed on the weekends.

SUMMARY:Weekly Yoga At The Centennial Public Library
DESCRIPTION:The Centennial Public Library will offer yoga twice a week with two different styles of yoga. Vinyasa flow 9 to 10am Mondays and Restorative/Yoga Nidra Thursdays 6 to 7pm. The classes will take place at the library and the suggested donation is $10 to $15 per class. See the flyer for more info on what each yoga class is.
