DESCRIPTION:The Centennial Public Library will offer yoga twice a week with two different styles of yoga. Vinyasa flow 9 to 10am Mondays and Restorative/Yoga Nidra Thursdays 6 to 7pm. Next we’ll hear from a local healthcare provider about a health-related topic\, and then it’s on to walking! (Don’t worry — we’ll do some quick stretches first!) \n\n\n\n\ntime + location\n\n1st and 3rd Sunday of each month\n1:30 PM — 2:30 PM\nUniversity of Wyoming Field House (October-April) + Washington Park (May-September)\nFree to everyone
