DESCRIPTION:Friday\, August 28\, 2026\n7:00 – 9:00 pm\nUniversity of Wyoming Harry C Vaughan Planetarium\n265 N 9th St\, Laramie\, in the Physical Sciences Building\nJoin Laramie Audubon Society at the University of Wyoming’s Harry C Vaughan Planetarium for an evening of stargazing! We will begin with a special live show at the Planetarium\, “Losing the Dark: Wyoming Skies”\, followed by opportunities to head to the rooftop and look through observatory telescopes (weather permitting) and onto Prexy’s Pasture to stargaze and munch on Astronaut Ice Cream and other snacks! Please bring a blanket if you have one and plan to stay for stargazing. This special evening is free and open to the public. Please arrive a few minutes early to secure your seat in the planetarium. Seating is limited to 64 people. so reserve your seat at https://www.uwyo.edu/physics/planetarium/schedule.
