SUMMARY:Albany County Cattle Women Ranch tour
DESCRIPTION:From the event organizers:\n\nThe Albany County CattleWomen Ranch Tour will be held on Saturday\, July 20\, 2024. The tour is free to the public and includes an informative tour guide.\nOne bus from Gray Line Travel Coaches will be available for transportation at a charge of $40/person. Payment is due at the time the reservation is made. Personal vehicles may be used and will be directed to parking areas requested by the ranch owner.\nBox lunches will be offered for $15 each. These will include beef stroganoff with mushrooms and onions on noodles\, salad\, fruit cups or applesauce\, a roll\, a cookie and a drink. Lunch reservations are required\, and payment is due when the reservation is made. This helps the caterer have an accurate number prepared.\nPlease join us at the south end of the Wyoming Territorial Prison Historic Site at 8:00 A.M. for light refreshments and tour information. There will also be Albany County CattleWomen items for sale before the tour payable by cash or check. Departure from there will be promptly at 9:00 A.M.\nBring chairs for your comfort\, sunscreen and/or mosquito repellent\, plus good walking shoes.\nReservations and payment arrangements may be made by calling Sandra Eike 307-760-5590 or the Eppson Center for Seniors 307-745-5116. All reservations and payments must be made by Monday\, July 1\, 2024.

SUMMARY:Huck Finn Fishing Derby Presented by Toyota of Laramie
DESCRIPTION:Kids ages 13 and under can fish and prizes will be awarded for 4 different age groups: 5 and under\, 6-7\, 8-10\, 11-13.  Each group will have a prize for first fish caught\, smallest fish\, largest fish\, and first to reach the limit. \nRegistration begins at 7 am and fishing starts at 8 am. This event is free for kid to participate and the first 100 kids to register will get a free t-shirt. See you on the water!

DESCRIPTION:The Mountain States Bumble Bee Atlas is a community-science project aimed at gathering data needed to track and conserve bumble bee species across Wyoming\, Colorado\, Utah\, and Nevada.  Led by the Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation\, the Mountain States Bumble Bee Atlas is just one of the atlas projects taking place across the U.S. \nThis workshop\, taking place at the Berry Biodiversity Center\, is an introduction to bumble bee biology and conservation issues as well as an overview of how the Atlas works and how volunteers can participate.  This event is free and open to the public.
