DESCRIPTION:From IMH: \nIvinson Medical Group is hosting a free\, walk-in cancer screening day on Saturday\, April 20 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM in recognition of Oral\, Head & Neck Cancer Awareness week. Some of Ivinson’s Ear\, Nose and Throat providers will be joined by WWAMI medical students to provide free exams. \n\nIn the U.S.\, a new head and neck cancer case is diagnosed every 10 minutes. Individuals that use tobacco and/or alcohol increase their risk of developing a head or neck cancer in their lifetime. If you are at high risk\, or have symptoms commonly associated with oral\, head and neck cancers\, we invite you to join us for this free screening day. \n\nDuring this screening we will examine inside the nose\, mouth\, and throat for abnormalities and feels for lumps in the neck.
