Walk with a Doc is a national organization focused on encouraging healthy physical activity while reversing the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle. It is coordinated locally in Laramie by Ivinson Memorial Hospital
what to expect
At each meet-up simply come in and we’ll get you signed-in. Next we’ll hear from a local healthcare provider about a health-related topic, and then it’s on to walking! (Don’t worry — we’ll do some quick stretches first!)
time + location
- 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month
- 1:30 PM — 2:30 PM
- University of Wyoming Field House (October-April) + Washington Park (May-September)
- Free to everyone
