Salamander Saturday

This free, family-friendly event is open to all! Learn about the tiger salamander population that needs “Stink Lake” to survive, make salamander crafts to take home, meet the Biodiversity Institute’s famous tiger salamanders, and gain tips on how to be a friend to amphibians.
📅 Saturday, April 13, 9 AM to 11:30 AM
📍 UW Berry Biodiversity Conservation Center, at 10th and Lewis Street
✨ 9 AM to 10:30 AM: Family-friendly crafts, tables, and info from the UW Art Museum and Wyoming Game and Fish Department.
✨ 10:30 – 11:30 AM: Salamander migration night volunteer training
Hosted by the UW Biodiversity Institute, in partnership with the City of Laramie, Wyoming Game and Fish Department, the University of Wyoming Art Museum, and the Program of Ecology.
