Beginning at 8:30 am at the Laramie River Bridge with a US Navy Remembrance Service; 9:00 am flag raising at the Albany County Courthouse; 10 am at the GAR Monument in Greenhill Cemetery for the full Memorial Day address and recognition ceremony.
