FREE: Laramie Urban Sketchers Art Group Invites EVERYONE To Participate In Their Community Sketch Sessions

January 16, 2027
1. November 2026 meet-ups:
If you’re raring to sketch and none of our meeting times work for you, please contact us! We want to accommodate as many people as possible. Send us an email or message us on Instagram.
Saturday 11/7: Union Pacific Train Depot 11AM – 1PM
  • The Train depot is hosting an open house with tours, legos, coffee, etc. Join us outside the building at 11 to do some sketching. We’ll meet back by the front entrance at 1PM to enjoy everyone’s work.
  • Ideas: Old photographs, train parts, people exploring the museum
Saturday 11/14: Arcade Laradise 1PM – 3PM
  • Meet at Arcade Laradise at 1PM for some colorful, funky sketching! We’ll reconvene at 3 to see everyone’s work.
  • Bring some cash or quarters so you can take a Pinball break
  • Ideas: Row of pinball machines, retro video games, people playing Skee Ball
Saturday 11/21: Bonds Brewing 11AM – 1PM
  • Meet at Bonds at 11. We’ll get a table, but feel free to explore other angles and subjects around the Brewery. We’ll enjoy everyone’s work at 1PM
  • Ideas: Brewing tanks, bar with beer taps, beer barrels, outdoor fire pit.
No Meeting on the week of Thanksgiving.
  1. We’re going on hiatus over Christmas break – but before we do that, we’re going to have a sketchy potluck! Anyone is welcome: regular sketchers, non-regulars, plus-ones, kids, etc. If you’d like to attend, please let us know what days work for you!! Once we figure out a date, I’ll make a spreadsheet for anyone to fill out saying what they can bring. You can fill out the poll on Facebook, or just email us.
