It’s time for Peace Of Mind’s “Boozy Hot Cocoa contest. Oct 30 5 to 9pm in the civic center ballroom in Laramie. It’s $20 per guest and there will be cash prizes awarded in two categories. Designated drivers can participate for only $5.
