Hospice Of Laramie Color Run

August 29 @ 8:30 am - 11:30 am
Color Run is at 1754 Centennial Drive (Hospice of Laramie House); it’s a 5k that loops around the neighborhood. Maps and directions will be given out the morning of.
Check-in is at 8:30am and the run starts at 9am. $30 single entry tickets and $100 group tickets (4).
Color will be thrown at the runners as they walk/run the 5k, but if instead they’d like to do a loop around the building and get a bloody mary or a drink from Quick Draw Coffee, that’s ok with us too! Score will not be kept, but there will be prizes for best dressed, so dress to impress! Tutus, unicorns, dinosaurs, etc. welcome!!
The Bloody Mary Bar is a donation of $10 cash or check and $12 for card payments (or more, if you have it in your heart). We accept cash, checks, or electronic payment (for an additional $2) and will not provide change.
Quick Draw Coffee accepts ApplePay, debit/credit, & cash.
Parking will be across the street from Hospice in Developmental Daycare’s parking lot (Thank you Developmental!!). Do not park on Pierce Street.
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING:
  • White! If you pre-ordered a shirt- they are mainly white, and if you didn’t, it’s no problem, just wear something mainly white!
  • If you signed up after the cutoff for guaranteed shirts- shirts will be on a first come, first serve basis at registration.
  • The color powder will mostly wash out of your clothes, but may leave some residue- so wear clothes you are not concerned about getting stained! This goes for running shoes, too! Have fun with this, think, TuTu’s, Unicorn Costumes, Themed group costumes! We will have a prize for best dressed team and best dressed individual runner!
  • Ziplock Baggie for your Cell Phone
  • Bandana or Face Covering if you think you may be sensitive to the colored powered (Its Cornstarch and nontoxic Food Dye). We won’t aim for your face, but be on the safe side if you think you should! There will be 6-8 color stations along the route!
  • Sunglasses: Same reason as above- plus, it’s going to be sunny!
  • On that note- bring Sunscreen!
  • A change of clothes or old towel for after the race! Baby wipes or paper towels are a great idea, too! We will provide you a big ol’ garbage bag if you would like something to put down on your car seat for the drive home.
Bathrooms will be available, as well as first-aid on race day.
Willie’s Wild Balloons will be there for the kiddos making balloon sculptures and animals
