New Life Church in partnership with the Hilton Garden Inn Laramie, part of the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation’s Humanitarian Hotel portfolio, are proud to announce Night to Shine Laramie, a prom-style celebration honoring individuals with special needs ages 14 and older. The event will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on February 13, 2026, at the University of Wyoming Conference Center, bringing together families, volunteers, community partners, and local leaders for an evening centered on joy, dignity, and love.
Night to Shine is a global movement sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation and hosted in 62 countries worldwide to create an inclusive and uplifting experience for honored guests. Laramie will be a part of the worldwide Night to Shine community, offering each guest the full red-carpet treatment and crowning every attendee as king or queen of the prom.
“We are honored to bring Night to Shine to Laramie,” said Chris Green, President of Humanitarian Hotels for the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation. “Our team is committed to creating an unforgettable, joy-filled evening for every guest and family who joins us. We look forward to a night that will uplift hearts and bring our entire community together.”
“This event reflects the heart of our city,” added Pastor Matt Baumgartner of New Life Church Laramie, the official host of the event. “Night to Shine is about celebrating the worth, dignity, and God-given purpose of every individual. We are grateful for the chance to serve our community alongside so many dedicated partners and volunteers.”
Night to Shine Laramie will feature:
• Red carpet arrivals with cheering fans
• Boutonnieres and corsages
• Professional photography
• A full dinner and festive dance floor
• Sensory-friendly and quiet spaces
• Volunteer buddies for each honored guest
• Special appearances and entertainment
Registration for guests will open on December 2, 2025, and registration for volunteers will open on December 15, 2025. Because the event is provided at no cost to participants, Night to Shine Laramie welcomes partnerships, donations, and volunteer support from across the region.
